There will be no refunds on time used rather the issue is resolved or not.
This would exclude any part costs that may come up in supporting your device.
I must set up a more structured way to keep up.
You must purchase time and send your information in order to get support.
Time will be deducted in 15min sections. I will do my best to be fair with the time used.
